Indian Point RAI Responses Dennis and Val, I spoke with Entergy this morning about the RAI responses. They are getting ready to issue their RAI response letter, which includes two different CDs. Apparently, there is an issue with one of the CDs that they need to get resolved before submitting, however, they do not think that they are going to be able to do so today. I asked them to send us the one CD of data today and follow-up with the second CD as soon as it is available. Ill pass on whatever it is that they submit as soon as I get a copy.
