Northfield Energy Committee C General Comment To whom it may concern, my wife Debbie and I strongly oppose Entergy Corporation's application for an exemption that will allow it to end funding for the EPZ. The EPZ has in place a protective action plan designed to avoid/reduce potential exposure to radioactive materials,by including sheltering, evacuation and the use of potassium iodide when appropriate.

Entergy has also asked for an exemption allowing a delay in the notification time for warnings to 60 minutes from the present 15 minutes.Entergy Corp. purchased this nuclear plant some years ago and now must decommission in a safe manner all nuclear fuel rods into dry cask storage. There are responsibilities to the safety of residents of Mass.,N.H.,Vt.,N.Y and other states in the Northeast that must be fully implemented.

There is no excuse for this multi-national corporation to be exempt from carefully decommissioning Vt.Yankee.

We expect the NRC to protect us and make Entergy comply with all safety procedures.

We would like a response from the NRC.Sincerely, John &Deborah Cevasco SUNSI Review Complete Template = ADM -013 E-RIDS=-ADM
