Vt.Yankee has asked for exemptions from notifying citizens who live within the 10 mile radius and an exemption from notifying the public from the present 15 minutes to 60 minutes if an accident/terrorist attack takes place. We are aware that the NRC has granted this exemption! Thanks NRC! You put our lives in serious danger...You are appointed to represent the American people, not some law-breaking corporation!
The public's safety and health is at risk. Your decision disrespects our right to prompt notification to evacuate.
Please reconsider your decision!
