NRC-2014-0260-DRAFT-0009 Comment on FR Doc # 2015-01707 (D Submitter Information iU Name: Beth Watrous ..Address: -C 659 Brattleboro Rd. -.Bernardston, MA, 01337 i n -Email: bahtchyone@comcast.net General Comment I oppose the NRC granting Vermont Yankee, Entergy Inc. an exemption which would allow the end of funding for the 10 mile radius emergency planning zone (EPZ). Also, I am requesting that the NRC deny Energy Inc. an exemption which would delay the present 15 minute notification time to 60 minutes (1 hour1.157407e-5 days
2.777778e-4 hours
1.653439e-6 weeks
3.805e-7 months
). I support the State of VermontdlTMs efforts to require Entergy Inc., the owner of Vermont Yankee, to continue EPZ emergency planning zone coverage for the present 10 mile radius around Vermont Yankee and continue funding the EPZ until the spent fuel pool is empty and all high radioactive spent fuel is in dry cask storage. As a resident of Bernardston, MA, I join the three MA towns within the 10 miles radius EPZ (Bernardston, Gill, Greenfield) in opposing the exemption.

We have a right to live our lives in safety. We depend on the NRC to defend that right in the face of a business that wants to cut monetary costs regardless of the potential impact on public safety.Sincerely, Beth Gildin Watrous SUNSI Review Complete Template = ADM -013 E-RIDS= ADM-03 Add= -;,n " hittps://www.fdms.gov/fdms-web-agency/component/contentstreamer?objectld=09000064819f908c&for...
