The box is small and light,so the bolts have sufficient engagement to hold the box, and so arejudged to be seismically adequate. Also, one of two cap screws on the.box cover appears loose or cross threaded. Even if this,cap screw was to loosen and drop out the remainingcap screw will keep thejunction box lid closed during a seismic event. Therefore, the SWE's have determined this Those cap screw is seismically acceptable (See CR 517171))

There are two (2) Ubolts not properly secured on the oil fuel lines (see photograph3). There are two U bolts present for each line. Not taking credit for the one not fastened, the single U bolt is judged to be sufficient to secure eachline in place as the weight of the pipe is low and isjudged to be seimica/ly adequate. CR 523764 has been written to address this issue.

To address the IPEEE vulnerabilities, new vibrationisolation mounts were to be installedfor the engine gauge panel. This was verified during the walkdown.
