UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND - REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE REQUALIFICATION TRAINING PROGRAM FOR LICENSED OPERATORS (TAC NO. ME1592)

Dear Dr. Al-Sheikhly:

We have reviewed the revised Requalification Training Program for the Maryland University Training Reactor that you submitted by letter dated August 26, 2010, as supplemented on March 14, May 22, and August 29, 2012. Our review concluded that your proposed changes meet the applicable requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR)

Part 55 and are acceptable. We request that you begin to implement your approved program immediately.
