LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Region IV Training Conference Room, 4th Floor 611 Ryan Plaza Drive, Suite 400 Arlington, Texas 76011 PURPOSE: This is a meeting between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Arizona Public Service Company to discuss an inspection finding associated with the identification and timely correction of an emergency preparedness performance weakness in classifying emergency action levels at Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station.

CATEGORY: This is a Category 1 meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
