Steam Dryer and Probabilistic Risk Assessment Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, LLC (NMPNS) hereby transmits supplemental information in support of a previously submitted request for amendment to Nine Mile Point Unit 2 (NMP2) Renewed Operating License (OL) NPF-69. The request, dated May 27, 2009 (Reference a), proposed an amendment to increase the power level authorized by OL Section 2.C.(1), Maximum Power Level, from 3467 megawatts-thermal (MWt) to 3988 MWt. By letter dated June 30, 2010 (Reference b), NMPNS provided responses to NRC Requests for Additional Information (RAIs).

In this letter, NMPNS submitted a proprietary version of Continuum Dynamics, Inc. (CDI) Report No. 10-11, "Stress Assessment of Nine Mile Point Unit 2 Steam Dryer Using the Acoustic Circuit Model Rev. 4.1."

In accordance with the commitment contained in the June 30, 2010 submittal, NMPNS hereby submits the non-proprietary version of CDI Report No. 10-11.

There are no new regulatory commitments identified in this submittal.
