RE: # of commitments There are 49 Numbered Commitments (numbered 1-49). Commitment numbers 41 and 42 were deleted and replaced with Commitment 43. We did this to prevent errors in previous letters and the Q&A d-base that may have referenced 41 or 42. The actual number if items we are committed to is 47.
In addition to that, R1 asked us to formally track the completion of several items that are entered into various Corrective Actions Program processes to ensure that they did not have the due dates extended without authorization from the Licensing Department/NRC. To manage that, we entered an NRC Commitment ("hard" commitment) into the new Entergy Commitment Data System - LRS (Licensing Research System) that assigns a unique number to each item entered. I have also done this for the NRC LRA Commitments 1-40 and 43-49.
