Rich, As requested, below is an update to permit expiration dates for three permits (blue font). Please note that the Indirect Discharge Permit was currently in the renewal cycle as footnoted in Table 9-1 of the VYNPS Environmental Report at the time of submittal of the license renewal application (LRA), with the other two permits expiring and being re-issued after submittal of the LRA. Also, please note that the registration number for the "Application for Registration to Transport Hazardous Radioactive Materials" changed since this number changes annually.
