All publicly available information regarding the Pilgrim review should pull up in ADAMs using the keywords you described. Im not sure why you were not able to access the letter. Nevertheless, I will be sure to send your comments to the appropriate IT/ADAMs individuals.

RE: Request for Additional Information (RAI) Regarding Severe Accident Mitigation Alternatives (SAMA) for Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, May 22, 2006 Please provide accession number for Entergy's replies to questions; and is this the only set of requests to Entergy on SAMA?

In order for the public to easily keep abreast the information in Adams should be "bundled"as it is for the NRC Staff. Example a search for Pilgrim Relicensing Environmental Review would have all documents and their accession numbers listed chronologically under that heading.
