• Information provided has been both proprietary and non-proprietary

• Installation of first system has been postponed from Unit I in 2006 to Unit 3 in 2007

• - Certain plant calculations and operational procedures are in the process of being developed and will be completed later in 2006 and in 2007 prior to installation

• Licensing process will continue in order to resolve staff concerns in a timely manner
