Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC), submitted the above referenced letters associated with the eighth refueling outage for Unit 2 (L2R08), the ninth refueling outage for Unit 1 (L1 R09) and the ninth refueling outage for Unit 2 (L2R09). The documentation for several replacement activities was omitted in error. The required documentation is enclosed. Attached is the amended Table E for each Summary Report and the associated FORM NIS-2, Owner's Report of Repairs or Replacements.
