FORTHCOMING AUDIT AT WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC CORPORATION AT WINDSOR, CONNECTICUT, RE.: ENTERGY OPERATIONS, INC. (ENTERGY) WATERFORD STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNIT 3 (WATERFORD 3) (TAC NO. MC1355)

DATE & TIME: Wednesday, August 11, 12.30 to 5.00 PM, Thursday, and Friday, August 12, and 13, 2004, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, (as needed).

LOCATION: Westinghouse Electric Corporation 20 International Drive Windsor, CT 06095 PURPOSE: Meet with Westinghouse to review calculations and other documentation, as needed, pertaining to the main steam line break, feedwater line break, and loss of flow analyses for the Waterford 3 extended power uprate (EPU).

The meeting is closed to public attendance since virtually all of the information reviewed and may be discussed will be proprietary to Westinghouse, as will any documentation that NRC personnel may wish to temporarily use for confirmatory purposes. Any information developed during the visit that would be used in the EPU safety evaluation will be reviewed by Westinghouse to ensure that it is not proprietary.

PARTICIPANTS: Participants from the NRC include members of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR).
