Please find attached the information requested by Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2004-10 as referenced above. The information is provided on NRC Form 536. Specifically, the following informationtlis provided:

• -The number of examinations that Energy Northwest intends to prepare and the number of examinations we will request the NRC to prepare for calendar years 2005 through 2008,

• The number of initial license applicants to be tested and proposed and alternate dates of examination for calendar years 2005 through 2008, and,

• The estimated number of applicants who plan to take the GFE in calendar years 2005 and 2006.
