FORTHCOMING MEETING WITH TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY (TVA) REGARDING THE ALTERNATIVE SOURCE TERM (AST) FOR BROWNS FERRY PLANT, UNITS 1, 2, AND 3 DATE & TIME: Wednesday, June 10, 2003 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room O-4B6 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: To discuss TVAs proposed exemption from General Design Criterion 41 for the standby liquid control system in support of the AST application dated July 31, 2002, as supplemented by letters dated December 9, 2002, February 12 and March 26, 2003 (see meeting agenda).

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
