This is a meeting in which attendees will have an opportunity to observe the NRC performing its regulatory function or discussing regulatory issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed following the business portion of the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting.

Purpose:

The purpose of this teleconference is to discuss the Tennessee Valley Authority's planned license amendment request to adopt Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF)

Traveler, TSTF-439, Revision 2, "Eliminate Second Completion Times Limiting Time From Discovery of Failure To Meet an LCO [Limiting Condition for Operation]" and TSTF-505, Revision 2, "Provide Risk-Informed Extended Completion Times - RITSTF [Risk-Informed TSTF] Initiative 4b," at Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, Units 1, 2, and 3.
