CLOSED PREDISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE FACILITY: Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant Unit 3 DOCKET: 05000296 DATE & TIME: Tuesday, September 27, 2016 10:00 am to 12:00 noon (EDT)
LOCATION: NRC Region II Office 245 Peachtree Center Avenue NE Suite 800 Atlanta, GA 30303-1257 PURPOSE: The purpose of this Predecisional Enforcement Conference is to discuss two apparent willful violations involving failure to conduct roving fire watches and inaccurate/incomplete hourly fire watch records at Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant. The apparent violations are described in Inspection Report 05000296/2016013, dated July 27, 2016 (ML16211A006, EA-16-064). This meeting is closed to public observation because it involves the findings of an NRC Office of Investigations report that have not been publically disclosed.
