This letter is to inform you of a Category 1 public meeting which has been scheduled for January 30, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct a regulatory performance meeting to discuss the results of the follow-up inspection of the items identified in Confirmatory Action Letter (ML13232A105) of August 22, 2013, and the status of NRCs performance assessment of Browns Ferry Unit 1.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
