Portions of this methodology are considered proprietary and were marked as such in Attachment 5 of the TVA submittal dated November 22, 2015 (ML14015A403). The affidavit in Attachment 11 of the original submittal describes the related proprietary information.

PARTICIPANTS: Participants from the NRC include members from the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) and TVA.
