' Enclosed please find the Omaha Public Power District's (0 PPD) " Application for
- Amendment of Operating License" which supplements the application submitted in Reference 2.
These submittals revise the Technical Specifications to allow implementation of Option B of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix J. In a telephone conference on October 27, 1997, the NRC requested that OPPD revise Specification 5.19.
These changes are editorial and involve clarification of exceptions and exemptions in the Specification and supporting discussion. Page 5-26 (Specification 5.19) has been revised as requested and is included in Attachment A. Page 1 of the Divussion, Justification and No Significant Hazards Analysis was also revised and is included in Atta. hment B. The attached pages supersede the corresponding pages submitted in Reference 2.
