Enclosed please find Omaha Public Power District's (OPPD) " Application for l Amendment of Operating License" which seeks to amend the Fort Calhoun Station Unit No.1 Technical Specifications (TS). The changes requested will revise the TS surveillance 3.9. " Auxiliary Feedwater System." to clarify what flow paths are required to be tested. Additionally. OPPD proposes to revise the Auxiliary Feedwater pumps' surveillance requirements to delete the specific  ;

discharge pressure. OPPD respectfully requests 30 days after approval to implement the proposed specifications. I' Attachment A contains a markup reflecting the requested changes of the Technical Specifications. Attachment B provides the " Discussion. f/'
