Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure Revision In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, Section V, 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5) , and 10 CFR 72.44(f) , the following Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure (EPIP) has been revised with administrative and editorial changes :

Details of the revisions are included in Enclosure 1. There are no regulatory commitments in this letter. Enclosure 1 Description of Revision/Change EPIP-2, Rev 0042

• Added Note to Appendix G which allows optional use of EPIP-16 for termination.

EPIP-6, Rev 0054

• Removed reference to O-MA-1 due to procedure being cancelled.

EPIP-12, Rev 0048

• Removed O-MA-1 from inventories of TSC, OSC and Alternate Facility due to procedure is canceled.

• Changed title of inventory from Fire Truck to Stretcher Cabinet to align with PM Title.

Also added signature/date blocks for performer and reviewer.

EPIP-16, Rev 0024

• Removed NOTE discussing non-applicability of this procedure and added it as a sentence in the purpose section and added EPIP-1 as a Performance Reference.

Revised the heading titles in the References Section 2.0 and changed all supplemental material from Appendix to Attachment to align with Writer's Guide.

• Revised document retention requirements in section 4.0 to align with Writer's Guide and fleet guidance.

• Updated the locator map in Attachment 3.

• Moved the NOTE in Attachment 4 to precede the form. Rearranged the sentences within the NOTE to clarify reference to procedure.
