STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) hereby submits the attached change to the STPEGS Emergency Plan effective on January 11,2024.
STPNOC has evaluated this change in accordance with 10 CFR 50.5a(q) and determined that it continues to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E. The change does not affect any function or element of a Planning Standard and does not affect an Emergency Preparedness commitment. A complete description of changes and a 10 CFR 50.5a(qX5) summary conclusion for the changes are attached.
