Dear Sir:

This letter submits the Inservice Inspection (ISI) Summary Report for the James A.

FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant as required by Article IWA-6230 of Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The report provides a summary of the ISI examinations conducted during the 1995 Refuel Outage (Reload 11/ Cycle 12). The report also provides information regarding the operating status of the feedwater nozzle Leakage Monitoring -

System, and measured leakage for the feedwater nozzles. By July 31,1995, the Authority will submit a follow-up letter explaining why partial examinations were performed on two of the four spargers during the 1995 Refuel Outage, along with a schedule to complete the inspections.
