/ Reactor Construction and Engineering Support Branch Inspection Summary 1768 024 Inspection on November 8, 1979 (Report Nos. 50-546/79-24; 50-547/79-24)
Areas Inspected: This was a special announced meeting to discuss the development of the licensee's responses to the " Order Confirming Suspen-sion of Construction" dated August 15, 1979, and the revised Marble Hill project organization. This inspection involved a total of 42 inspec-tor-hours at the RIII office by seven NRC inspectors.
Results: No items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.

Meeting The meeting was initiated by PSI to present their planned and in pro-cess corrective actions in response to the nine issues identified in the NRC " Order Confirming Suspension of Construction", dated August 15, 1979.
As a result of these discussions, NRC representatives concluded that the type and scope of the planned and in process corrective actions appear appropriate.
It was mutually understood by both the licensee and NRC that considerable corrective action remains to be completed prior to detailed evaluation of the licensee's actions by NRC.
Further meetings with NRC to discuss the licensee's progress regard-ing the establishment of the required corrective actions are planned.
