Projects Sectirn 2 Inspection on October 30, 31 and November 1, 1979 (Report No. 50-546/79-22; 50-547/79-22)
Areas Inspected:
Surveillance of the Auxiliary Building, Unit I and Unit 2 Containments, storage areas and miscellaneous areas to verify that activities in progress complied with the stop work order issued August 7, 1979. The inspector a'.so met with key PSI and subcontractor personnel to establish initial interfaces and contacts. This inspection involved a total of 20 inspector-hours on site by one NRC inspector.
Results:.No items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.

Construction Activities Surveillance of construction activitiec indicated that work in all Category I areas i.e., safety related work, remains terminated, in accordance with confirmatory order dated August 15, 1979, except for the protection of installed or in place components.

Key construction specifications were reviewed for content with special attention directed toward storage and maintenance. The inspector reviewed the storage and maintenance of items and major components installed and/or in storage.
No items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.
