(Closed) Unresolved item (50-483/80-11-08). Performance of density tests on fill material on lifts of less that 2500 square feet. The licensee transmittal letter UTD C/B 1850 dated November 18, 1980, and Daniel letter PQC 2627 dated November 21, 1980, requires density tests to be performed on each lift of fill material irrespective of its size in square feet. Svendrup and Parcel specifications and Daniel quality control procedures have been revised to -omply with the above letters. This item is considered resolved.
(Closed) Unresolved item (50-483/80-27-04). Review of procedures covering design changes. The inspector review-4 Svendrup and karcel Procedure II-8, Revision 2, dated December 14, 1979, " Integrated Design Review" that establishes procedures and techniques for performing reviews to assure that that design criteria are adequate and that subsequently developed systems, structures and components effcctively reflect the design criteria and that design change: are properly reviewed, documented and correctly implemented. This item is considered resolved.
(Closed) Unresolved item (50-483/80-27-07). Evidence that flexible wiring across battery charger door hinge was Class K.
The inspector reviewed documentation from the vendor indicating that the ficxible wire is SIS Class K.
This item is considered resolved.
(Closed) Noncompliance (50-483/80-22-03). Training of concrete vibrator operators. The inspector was shown documentation indicating that all concrete vibrator operators had attended the showing of a training film demonstrating correct techniques for proper concrete consolidation. This item is closed.
(Closed) Unresolved item (50-483/80-22-05).
Inclusion of test position on welder qualification record. The record has been changed to show position in which qualified. Test position on the radiography inspection record has been corrected.
Procedures have been revised to require test position to be shown on Interim Welder Performance Qualification Test sheet. This item is resolved.

" Failures of Mercury-Wetted Matria Relays in Reactor Protective Systems of Operating Nuclear Power Plants
,
'
Designed by Combustion Engineering." The licensee's response through SNUPPS states that mercury-wetted l
relay are not used in the logic matrix of the Callaway reactor protective system. This bulletin is closed.
-
" Failures of Westinghouse Type W-2 Spring Return to Neutral Control Switches." SNUPPS review of safety related systems indicates that Westinghouse Type W-2
-
Spring Return to Neutral Control Switches are not used in safety related arPlications at Callaway.
This bulletin is closed.
-
" Flow Blockage of Cooling Water to Safety System Components by Corbicula SP. (Asiatic Clam) and Mytilus SP. (Mussel)." The licensee has performed a survey to determine if these organisms are present in plant cooling water sources.
It was determined that Asiatic clams exist in the Missouri River. The license states that there will be an adequate inspection and test program that will detect the presence of these organisms should they enter plant systems after the systems are filled. This bulletin is closed.
