Routine, announced inspection of the applicant's physical security program. The areas inspected within the physical security program includoc access control of personnel and packages and the Physical Security

Plan'and implementing procedures.

Results: Within the program areas inspected, no violations or deviations were

'icentified.

The problem areas identified in this report can mostly be attributed to the l

large number of personnel onsite to complete the construction of the plant.

This creates pressure on the security officers to quickly process personnel,
