SUBJECT:

VOGTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT - NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 05000424/2005004 AND 05000425/2005004 ERRATA LETTER

Dear Mr. Grissette:

On October 28, 2005, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued the subject inspection report for the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant. In reviewing this report, it was noted that we failed to provide a complete list of documents reviewed in the report attachment.

Accordingly, we are providing a revised report attachment which supercedes the report attachment in its entirety (ADAMS Accession Number ML053010255). Please replace the report attachment with the enclosed revision.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) components of NRCs document system (ADAMS).

ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).

I apologize for any inconvenience this omission may have caused. If you have any questions, please contact me at (404) 562-4550.

Sincerely,

/RA/
