Independent Inspection (Units 1 and 2)
The inspector conducted a general inspection of site work and work activities in the electrical construction program.
The inspection was performed in the auxiliary building and cable spreading rooms.
Within the areas examined, there were no violations or deviations identi-fied.
6.
Electrical (Cables and Terminations II) - Observations of Work and Work Activities (51064B) - Unit 1 The terminations were examined for cables 1*VX538, 1*EPC578, 1*ND549, 1*EPC586, 1*EPC527, 1*ND514, 1*CA524, 1*EQA864, 1*ATC735, 1*EQA759, 1*EQA861, and 1*ATC902.
All terminations were complete except for two cables and these were in the process of being completed. The licensee's QC termination inspection program is scheduled to start at future date.
Within the areas examined, there were no violations or deviations identi-fied.

Electrical (Cables and Terminations II) - Review of Quality Records (510668) - Unit 1 The cable support hanger inspection records for the following hangers were examined to confirm that supports and anchorage were installed as specified.

Instrumentation (Components and Systems I) - Observation of Work, Work Activities and Review of Quality Records (52053B and 520558) - Unit 1 The inspector selected intruments INVLT-5740 and INVLT-6070 for examination.
These transmitters and their associated records were examined to assure that SAR commitments were complied with in the areas of receipt inspection, storage, handling, identification, location and mounting, and installation inspection records. A certificate of conformance for material certification and performance tests for subject level transmitters was on file at the Licensee's Records Department Within the areas examined, there were no violations or deviations identi-fied.
