This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. A. B. Ruff of this
office on June 8-11, 1982, of activities authorized by NRC Construction Permit
Nos. CPPR-116 and CPPR-117 for the Cat:vba facility and to the discussion of our
findings held with Mr. S.
Dressler, Senior Construction Engineer, at the
conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the
enclosed inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of

selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspector.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were disclosed.
