Instrumentation (Cable and Terminations I) Observation of Work and Work Activities The inspector selected 16 instrumentation cables for examination to assure that the requirements of the SAR and QAM were complied with in the areas of storage, handling, identification, segregation of nonconforming material, issue, material identification, procedures for work and inspection, size and type of cable, location, routing, protection, separation, grounding, and wireway identification. The cables selected were 1*RN869,1*CA528,1*CA529, 1*NV639, 1*NV727, 1*RN623, 1*RN624, 1*RN634, 1*RN630, 1*RN633, 1*RN632, 1*RN631,1*RN758,1*RN760,1*RN759 and 1*RN870.
Within the areas examined there were no violations identified.

Instrumentation (Cables and Terminations I) Review of Quality Records

The inspector selected the 16 cables identified in paragraph 5 for examina-tion of the Quality records to assure compliance to the requirements of the

SAR and QAM in the area of receiving inspection, acceptance, certified test reports, mill certifications, size and type of cable, location, routing, separation, protection, wireway identification and cable pulling records.

4 The inspector examined nine nonconformance reports.
13129, 13091, 13052, 13300,13162,13118,13063,13270, and 13261 to assure they were current, legible, and reviewed by QC and management.
Each nonconformance was examined to assure it was complete and included corrective action. The inspector examined QA audits CEl-4-1-82, CEl-4-2-82 and CEl-4-3-82 to assure that the required audits were preformed, the deficiences were corrected and non-recurrance action was taken.
Within the areas examined there were no violations identified.
7.
Electrical (Cables and Terminations II) Observation of Work and Work Activi-ties The inspector selected eleven cables for examination to assure compliance to the requirements of the SAR and QAM in the areas of storage, handling, identification, issue control, nonconformance control, use of specified material, material identification, work and inspection procedures, drawing and procedure control, procedure adherance, size and type of cable, loca-tion, routing, protection, separation grounding, ' raceway supports, cable pulling procedures and raceway loading. The cables selected are as follows 1*EPC524, 1*EPC525, 1*EPC526, 1*VX538, 1*EPC578, 1*CA524, 1*EQA864, 1*ATC735,1*EQA759,1*E0A861 and 1*ATC902.

Electrical (Cables and Termination II) Review of Quality Records The inspector selected the cables identified in paragraph 7 for examination to assure compliance to the requirements of the SAR and QAM in the areas of receiving inspection, acceptance, material certification, certified test reports, size and type of cable, location, routing, protection, separation, raceway identification and cable pulling tension.
