As a result of subsequent discussions with the Resident In-spector, we understand that specific. training for the Stone and Webster project engineering and support personnel will be recurring. dependent on such factors as personnel turnover and the. frequency necessary to maintain proficiency for identifying the reportability,requirements of 10-CFR 50.55(e).

tand that the Nonconformance and Disposition Report form has been changed to include a check off requirement for determining 10. CFR 50.55(e) reportability.
Your corrective actions relating to performance of timely reviews for potential reportability will be examined during a future inspection of your licensed program.
