ERRATA - WATERFORD STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNIT 3 - NRC MATERIAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTING PROGRAM INSPECTION REPORT 05000382/2018405
Dear Mr. Dinelli:
Based on an internal review, the NRC has confirmed an error in Inspection Report No. 05000382/2018405, dated February 26, 2018 (Agencywide Document Access Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML18058A945). Specifically, the report omitted one of the samples inspected in the Inspection Scope Section. The NRC has reissued the report in its entirety to correct this error.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390, Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding, of the NRC's "Rules of Practice and Procedure," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRCs Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of ADAMS.
ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
However, the enclosed, revised report contains Security-Related Information, so the enclosed report will not be made publically available in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1). If you choose to provide a response that contains Security-Related Information, please mark your entire response Security-Related Information - Withhold from Public Disclosure Under 10 CFR 2.390 in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and follow the instructions for withholding in 10 CFR 2.390(b)(1). The NRC is waiving the affidavit requirements for your response in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(b)(1)(ii).
