Thank you for your letter dated October 15, 1981, informing us of the status of open items 2e, 2h, and 2n, which we brought to your attention in Inspection Report No. 50-358/81-24 forwarded by our letter dated September 22, 1981.
Based on the information enclosed in your letter, we hereby consiG.r open item 2e (50-359/77-04-07) closed. Open item 2h (50-35f,/78-07-06; 79-02-13)
remains open pending your submission of revised Section 6.1.3.1 of the ER-OL by November 30, 1981. Similarly open item 2n (50-359/80-18-04) is still open until a followup audit of your contractor by your Quality Assur.mce Department is completed by December 1981. These two items will be examined in a subse--
quent inspection.
