Thank you for your letter dated June 19, 1981, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the noncompliance which we brought to your attention in Inspection Report No. 50-358/81-08 forwarded by our letter dated May 29, 1981.
We will examine these matters during a subsequent inspection.
Regarding Attachment A in your response, we note that it is inconsistent with the listing of preoperational tests identified in your FSAR. The applicability of 10 CFR 50, Appendix A, covers all the preoperational tests identified in the FSAR. Therefore, the secpe of our reviews will not be limited to the tests listed in your Attachment A, bue may include those listed in your FSAR. However, if you wisb to re-evaluate and amend the list of preoperational tests contained in the FSAR, you should submit the new program to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
