This refers to your August 7,1980 letter, for a change to the spent fuel route previously approved by Commission letter dated November 30, 1979.
The request was approved on September 12, 1980.
In accordance with fee Category F (Special Projects) and Footnote 4 of Section 170.21 of the enclosed Part 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures requireo for review of the subject request, and the actual cost of the review is $152 (4 man-hours 9 $38/ man-hr).
We have, therefore, notified the NRC Office of the Controller to issue your Company an invoice for the fee.
