Form NRC-4 or equivalent was established for these individuals. A licensee
!
representative stated that the exposures resulted from the Unit I refueling involving steam generator activities and work around the reactor head. The licensee's ALARA program includes plans to reduce such exposures including i
the addition of shielding for the reactor head. No violations or deviations were identified in the areas of external and internal exposures.
