5.
Requalification Training The inspector attended two of the licensee's operator requalification lecture series and verified that lesson plan objectives were met and that training was in accordance with the approved operator requalification program schedule and objectives. The inspector reviewed training records to verify that all of the on site licensed personnel were current with the requalification requirements and that the course tests had been satisfactorily completed.
The inspector verified by direct questioning of six licensed personnel that training had been conducted and that course objectives had been met.

TMI Action Items The inspector verified that licensee commitments were being met in having a functioning program for feedback of operating experience to the plant staff, that training had been conducted for all operations personnel in all

start-up tests to be conducted, and that the operator training program included the principles of heat transfer and fluid mechanics. The inspector found these items to be complete.
