' Gentlemen:
This letter is in reference to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. Ned C. Choules of this office on September 30 through October 3, 7-9, and 14-17, 1986, of activities at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station authorized by NRC Operating License No. NPF-3 and documented in Inspection Report No. 50-346/86028(DRS).
Due to an administrative error, the violation on page 5 of the report identified as "(346/86078-01)" should be "(346/86028-01)". Please make a
" pen and ink" correction to this error of the subject report.
