Thank you for your letter dated December 27, 1982, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the noncompliance which we brought to your attention in Inspection Report No. 50-346/82-30(DETP) forwarded by our letter dated November 29, 1982. We will examine these matters during a subsequent inspection.
After reviewing your response, we have some coaments regarding your position pertaining to one of the items of noncompliance which are addressed in the enclosure of this letter.
The information contained in the enclosure to this letter is exempt from disclosure under the provisions of Section 73.21(c)(2), Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.
