Thank you for your letter dated February 28, 1980, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the items of noncompliance which we brought to your attention in Inspection Report No. 50-341/79-25 for-warded by our letter dated January 14, 1980. You did not respond to the fifth paragraph of our letter.
Per a conversation on March 20, 1980, with your construction Quality Assurance Section Head we under-stand you will supplement your response letter. We further understand that you will explain the actions you have taken to control conditions adverse to quality, for example, the reorganization of site quality assurance - control functions and the integration of your engineering forces with site contractor personnel. We will examine these matters during a subsequent' inspection.
