Date Signed Engineering Inspection Bratich Division of Engineering and Technical Programs SUMMARY Inspection on April 12-16, 1982 Areas Inspected This routine, unannounced inspection involved 64 inspector-hours on site in the areas of followup on previous inspection findings, witnessing preoperational testing and a tour of Unit 2.

The inspector attended a regularly scheduled startup meeting.

The above areas were inspected to verify the following:

That the conduct of testing was being coordinated.

That identified deficiencies are being documented and that their
