Date Signed Engineering Inspection Bratich Division of Engineering and Technical Programs SUMMARY Inspection on April 12-16, 1982 Areas Inspected This routine, unannounced inspection involved 64 inspector-hours on site in the areas of followup on previous inspection findings, witnessing preoperational testing and a tour of Unit 2.
Results Of the three areas inspected, 'o violations or deviations were identified.

The inspector attended a regularly scheduled startup meeting.
The above areas were inspected to verify the following:

That current approved test procedures were being used by test
personnel.

That the conduct of testing was being coordinated.

That methods are available to document significant event, unusual conditions, or interruptions to testing.

That identified deficiencies are being documented and that their

resolution and retesting are being documented.

That procedures for making changes to test procedures are being followed.
