Inspection on May 7-11, 1979 (Recort No. 50-334/79-11)

Areas Inspected:

Routine, unannounced inspection by two regional based inspectors of the Physical Security Plan implementation including the security program audit, security organization, physical barriers (PA-VA), lighting, access control, alarm stations, detection aids, assessment aids, conmunciations, testing and maintenance, compensatory measures, power supply, responses, locks, keys and combinations, records and reports.

The inspection involved 68 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC regional based inspectors.

This inspection commenced during the off-shift hours.

Resul ts : Of the 16 areas inspected, no apparent items of nonccepliance or deviations were identified in thirteen areas; three apparent items of noncompliance were identi-fied in three areas: security organization - Infraction, paragraph 5; access control -

Infraction, paragraph 8; and keys, locks and combinations - Infraction, paragraph 17.
