Dear Mr. Martin:
In response to your letter of August 28, 1979 and in accordance with 10 CFR 2.201, the attached reply addresses the Notice of Violation which was included as Appendix A of the referenced Inspection Report.
The noted violations consisted of three items of noncompliance identified in three of the sixteen areas inspected.
Since this response contains information subject to Section 2.790(d),
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, and is, therefore, exempt from disclosure, it is my understanding that this response will not be placed in the Fublic Document Room and will receive limited dis:ributien.
