Inspection 50-333/78-14 This refers to your letter dated June 22, 1979 and a telephone conversation between yourself and H. B. Kister of this office on August 13, 1979, which provided additional information with regard to your progress in achieving full compliance with your Quality Assurance Program of requirements for the collection, storage, and maintenance.of quality assurance records.
You stated in your letter that a computerized records management system was placed in service in August 1978; however, you estimated that in order to fully comply with the above requirements, an additional five years will be required to incorporate all the necessary records into the system. This office considers the subject time frame for achieving full compliance unacceptable.
You are requested to inform this office within 20 days of the corrective action you will take to immediately assure that all necessary steps will l
be taken to promptly achieve compliance with the requirements of your Quality Assurance Program in the area of collection, storage, and maintenance of quality assurance records.
