Inspection on Auoust 28-31,1978 (Report No. 50-333/78-15)
Areas Inspected: Routine, unannounced pnysical protection inspection.
Imple-mentation of accepted Security Plan and applicable sections of 10 CFR 73.55 relative to: Security Plan; Security Organization; Physical Barriers; Access Controls; Comunications; Detection Aids; Testing and Maintenance; and Response Procedures. Also included was a follow-up related to a licensee comitment involving IE Bulletin 77-08 concerning electrical locking systems in safety-

related areas. This inspection began during regular working hours and involved 48 inspector-hours on site by two NRC regional based inspectors.
Results: No items of noncompliance were identified.
