We concur with the revised dates by which your corrective actions will be com-pleted. However, should it become apparent that these new target dates will not be met, please infom us immediately of: 1) the status of your corrective actions, 2) the reasons the actions were not completed as planned, 3) detailed milestones for completion of the rcquired actions, and 4) how management is assured that quality affecting activities are being accomplished in an accept-able manner.
