Inspection 50-309/81-15 This refers to your letter dated October 9,1981, in response to our letter dated September 30, 1981.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. These actions were examined during a recent inspection of your licensed program. We have no further questions at this time.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2 Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings of your control and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and your facility security measures for physical protection are deemed to be ccmmercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4)
and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12; therefore, the referenced letter will ny be placed in the Public Document Room.
